Lennar Homes has engaged Absolute GIS for the specialized task of developing a parcel layer, focusing on land with consistent ownership across neighboring parcels. Our analysis spanned an extensive area of over 700,000 parcels. Utilizing custom Python scripts, Absolute GIS successfully identified more than 19,000 potential development sites, pinpointing those with contiguous parcels exceeding 3 acres and fitting specific property classifications.
